Release records and booking photographs use Sheriff FOIA at that address; Records questions go to 815-319-6100, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Adult Probation is at 526 West State Street, 815-319-6250, during the same weekday hours. - For a local release or transfer, use the Sheriff, AVN, FullCourt, and focused FOIA sequence on the home page.
- For parole or MSR, use IDOC and the Prisoner Review Board; for probation, use the 17th Circuit order and Adult Probation.
- For a same-day question, use the named-person fallback because no official rolling Winnebago release feed was found.
